1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions outline the policies for bookings, cancellations, and refunds for all services and products offered by I Am The Wellbeing Witch.
By booking a session or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

2. Booking Policy

All appointments must be booked in advance via our online booking system or directly with Leyanne.
Full payment or a deposit may be required to confirm your booking. You will receive confirmation by email once your session is scheduled.

Please arrive promptly for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to ensure the next client is seen on time.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that life can be unpredictable and plans may need to change.

More than 48 hours’ notice: You may reschedule your appointment with a full transfer of payment.

Within 24–48 hours: You may reschedule your appointment once per year without penalty. Contact Leyanne to arrange this as the booking system does not allow it.

Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show: The full session fee will be charged, and refunds are not available.

To amend your booking within 48 hours, please contact us via email at [email protected] or, with more than 48 hours notice please do it through the booking system via the link in your confirmation email.

4. Retreats, Events & Workshops

For retreats and group events, spaces are limited.

Cancellations are non-refundable unless your place can be filled.
If an event is cancelled by I Am The Wellbeing Witch, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future date.

5. Refunds for Services

Refunds are only available in line with the cancellation policy above.
If a service is cancelled by I Am The Wellbeing Witch (for example, due to illness or unforeseen circumstances), you will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method (Stripe, PayPal, or cash) within 5–10 business days.

6. Product Returns

If you purchase any physical items (such as gift vouchers, wellness products, or crystals), the following applies:

- Items must be unused, unopened, and in saleable condition to qualify for a return.

- Returns must be made within 28 days of purchase with proof of receipt.

- Certain products, including personal care or hygiene items, are non-returnable.

- Sale items are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return postage unless an item is faulty or incorrect.

7. Gift Vouchers & Packages

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.


Packages and prepaid sessions must be used within the time frame agreed at booking.

8. Payments

Payments are processed securely via Stripe (through GoldStarPro), PayPal, or in-person cash payment.
No card details are stored directly by I Am The Wellbeing Witch.

9. Client Conduct & Health Information

To ensure a safe and effective treatment, please provide accurate health information during your consultation.
I Am The Wellbeing Witch reserves the right to decline or postpone a treatment if it may not be suitable for your current health condition.
